Prof. Dr. Marco A. Cabero,

Michael Gonzales, 
Director of Public Relations |  ARCST

Prof. Dr. Marco A. Cabero is a Research Scientist. Marco has been teaching for more than 10 years and he counts with two specializations on Satellite Technology and Education. Marco has worked for three 500-fortune companies for eight years SIEMENS, ENDRESS+HAUSER and ALLEN BRADLEY. He is the former Regional Coordinator of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), a NGO with permanent observer status at the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS). He has published several academic papers in the field of spintronics, organic spintronics, spin waves, satellite technology, electromedicine, education, including social sciences. His work in interdisciplinary areas has been useful for him to explore Science and Technology from different perspectives and gained him several technical as well as soft skills.   

Michael Carlos Gonzales Vallejos holds a BSc. in Electronics Engineering, and MEng. in Global Navigation Satellite Systems - GNSS. Michael also possesses working knowledge in Astronautics, Physics & Nuclear Energy and skills in data processing, electronic design, programming, prototyping, and research. Michael is particularly interested in the fields of AI, Physics, and the Development of Complex Systems.

Roberto Guachi studied Electronics and Control Engineering. He is currently completing his Master in Mechatronics at the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Beihang University. Roberto is particularly interested in the fields of robotics and automation in manufacturing and production processes. 

Gerson Cuba is specialized in automation, control and instrumentation. Gerson has broad experience in programming, designing and testing, and he is currently working on R&D in Space technology applications. Gerson is particularly interested in control motion, computer-aided design, light interferometer, and data processing.

David Sustach Garcia,

David Sustach Garcia graduated in Telecommunications from the San Pablo Catholic University. David has broad professional experience in spectrum management and in planning and implementing projects on optical networks (PON Networks), as well as satellite rural access (GSM, UMTS LTE).

Alfredo Cardero,
 Communication Officer | ARCST

Magdalena Gonzalez is a French-Chilean scholar with an international and multidisciplinary background who has lived across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and East Asia, specifically Beijing where she has been based since 2014. She has broad experience in research and operational projects with UN agencies, INGOs, academic institutions, and multinational companies. Magdalena has a strong interest in the use of technologies for development, including humanitarian responses. She graduated from Sciences Po and the Yenching Academy of Peking University.

Alfredo Cordero graduated in Economics from the University of Havana. Alfredo has worked with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Cuba as an Export Specialist where he was in charge of the marketing plan, markets research, financial plans, and new products strategy development for different companies.

Jose Angel Aponte Rodriguez,

Jose Angel Aponte Rodriguez is a Computer Science Engineer specialized in Management of Network and Telecommunication and Satellite Control (VRSS-1 China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation 2012 at Shenzhou Institute - Beihang University). Jose Angel has devoted himself to academia as he holds a Master in Management (UNERG), PhD on Science of Education, and PhD on Epistemology of Educational Research. He is currently completing a Master in Micro Satellite Technology at Beihang University

Xiomara Escobar,
Public Relations & Communications Officer | ARCST

Xiomara Escobar graduated in Social Communication from the Catholic University. Xiomara has explored different areas from the communication field: from journalism to organizational communication, to graphic design and professional photography. She also volunteers as Editor of the ARCST.

Luan Henrique dos Santos Oliveira

Luan Henrique has a bachelor in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Brasilia, He has participated in the development of the SERPENS-1 Nanosatellite, the first of the SERPENS Program (Space System for the Development of Nanosatellite Research) of the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB), has experience in manufacturing processes in the area of machining, design, construction and test of chemical propulsion systems for launch vehicles. . Currently a master candidate researching at Beihang University by the MASTA Program in the field of electric propulsion for small satellites.

Rodrigo Gantier
Educational Affairs Officer  | ARCST 

Rodrigo Gantier higher education begins at Military School of Engineering (La Paz-Bolivia). In his undergraduate he got a scholarship as the best student of his class and graduated with honors. After receiving his degree in electronic engineering, he applied for a scholarship to study a master's degree in the People's Republic of China. After three years studying Machine Learning and Deep Learning, he was the first foreign student to graduate with honors. In 2017 when he finished his master's degree and decided to continue studying and apply for Shanghai Jiaotong University. As a PhD, he obtained the first place in the IVFC 2018 intelligent vehicle Challenge, in the "offline" category for pedestrians detection.

David graduated in Political Science and Public Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. David has a strong interest in sustainable development and technology policies. He previously worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico as well as for private institutions. David has broad volunteering experience at nonprofit organizations. He is currently completing his Master studies in Public administration at Tsinghua University where his main focus is on energy policies for the energy transition

Professional in environmental management with an emphasis in clean technology, graduated with the Cum Laude degree in 2017, from the National University of Costa Rica.

Most of the professional career was in the environmental university program for the analysis of betonic macroinvertebrates developed by the Regional Institute of Toxic Substances (IRET) of the National University of Costa Rica (UNA), during 5 years. Currently doing a master's degree in urban planning with emphasis on environmental management and energetic efficiency for buildings at the Wuhan University of Technology

I am Alison Izurieta from Ecuador. I am graduated from International Relations from the Catholic University of Milan.
My experience in China started on 2017 thanks a Confucius Institute Scholarship that I received after my graduation in order to come to study Mandarin Chinese for one year, after that I received a Chinese Government Scholarship in order to pursue further studies here in Beijing. I am currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Economics studying International Business in the University of Science and Technology Beijing. 
I am passionate about foreign languages, I can currently speak Spanish, Italian, English Chinese and am in the process of learning Japanese. Besides the languages, I am also interested in Communication and Journalism, IR, International Business, entrepreneurship and innovation, e-commerce, Tourism and Management. 
In the future, I would like to put in practice all the things I have been learning in these years, so I would like to help in the development of the diplomatic and commercial relations between Latin America and China.

Clara es una profesional muy dinamica graduada de la maestria de Ciencias de la Comunicacion. En su carrera profesional ella a trabajado con Prof. de la Universidad de Los Angeles California en proyectos que envuelven el desarrollo de la comunicacion efectiva, la comunicacion multimodal, etc. 

​

Su investigacion se centra en encontrar factores que promuevan la cross-culture comunication efectiva. Clara considera que la ciencia, la tecnologia y la cultura, junto con la educacion son las herramientas importantes para el desarrollo de los pueblos.

 

Al mismo tiempo, a traves de diversos estudios que ha publicado en prestigiosos journals internacioales, ha demostrado que es la comunicacion efectiva entre latinoamericanos es posible, pero deben darse ciertas condiciones que la propiecen.
