Having regard to:
(1) The available Space education training, project cooperation and practices.
(2) There are current agreements among institutions and governments
(3) The directions of the scope of the project.
(4) The geostrategic resources, and mechanisms available in the Asian Pacific Region
(5) The current economic support of Fealac countries
(6) The concerns about institutional support, sustainability, and professional network.
(7) The search of financing and promotion of the association.
(8) Current running projects between countries and China.
Whereas:
(1) The ARCST project is feasible, representatives of embassies agree with the idea of the
organization.
(2) The embassies which attended this kickoff meeting will support the promotion of ARCST
events and activities.
(3) In case of a meeting with Chinese officials, the representatives of the embassies offered
to ARCST to participate.
(4) ARCST will provide focalized projects to the respective embassies.
